Please follow the steps below to order our Gen 2 & Gen 4 Haldex controller repair service:
Step 1
Enter your vehicle registration in the field above and click “Add to Basket”
Step 2
Click “View Basket” and then “Proceed to Checkout”. Fill out all of your contact information and payment details and click “Place Order”.
Step 3
Print out your order confirmation email and place it in the package with your Haldex controller unit.
Finally send your Haldex controller via Royal Mail Special Delivery to the following address:-

Processing Time:-
We aim to process & repair all Haldex units the same day they are received. They are then shipped back the same day too by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (1pm). Upon dispatch by us, you will receive a VAT invoice and a Royal Mail Tracking code by email.
On average, you should receive your Haldex unit back within 48 – 72 hours of you sending it to us. We are very busy during the winter months, and sometimes it might take an extra day or two so please bear with us!
Non-Faulty Haldex Controller Units:-
If your Haldex Controller unit is deemed to be not faulty, we will thoroughly clean and re-coat the PCB board to ensure it will not corrode in the future. We will clean up the case to ensure a successful bond and repair any corrosion holes or replace the front cover if required, before resealing the unit correctly to ensure it is water tight. Finally, we will issue you a refund minus a diagnostics fee and return postage cost. It will then be sent back to you via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (1pm).
Non-Repairable Haldex Controller Units:-
If your Haldex Controller unit is beyond repair, we will call you to discuss your options below:
Option 1: Offer you a brand new replacement board
Option 2: Issue you a refund minus a diagnostics fee and return postage cost. It will then be sent back to you via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (1pm)
