Delivery Information

United Kingdom

We offer same day dispatch for all items ordered before 4:00pm weekdays (subject to stock levels and cleared payment).

Your order will be sent out using a ‘Tracked Next Day’ delivery service by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery (1pm), depending upon your selection at checkout. A signature will be required if we dispatch via Special Delivery.

Upon dispatch (Mon – Fri), you will be emailed your tracking code, along with a VAT invoice.

Worldwide

Unfortunately we are not currently processing orders for delivery outside of the United Kingdom, due to increased costs and shipping delays. We hope to offer this service again soon though.

HALDEX ECU CONTROLLER REPAIRS

We aim to process & repair all Haldex units the same day they are received. They are then shipped back the same day too by Royal Mail Special Delivery (1pm).

Upon dispatch by us, you will receive a VAT invoice and a Royal Mail Tracking code by email.

On average, you should receive your Haldex unit back within 48 – 72 hours of you sending it to us.  We are very busy during the winter months, and sometimes it might take an extra day or two so please bear with us!
